While every effort is made to ensure that all work is of the highest standards, occasionally a solder join can fail, or a stone loosen, etc. If there is a problem with any piece purchased from Little Gypsy's Fine Jewelry, Gifts & Gallery, please contact me directly with the issue and a photo if appropriate. If the problem is determined to originate from a fabrication issue I will provide you with the return information and either repair or replace the item free of charge. General wear and tear or abuse does not qualify as a fabrication issue.
At the gallery the policy is exchanges only, no refunds.
Custom designs are non-refundable - no exceptions.
If a chain breaks at the clasp within 90 days of purchase I will replace it free of charge. If you catch the chain on your toothbrush and snap it I will be happy to sell you another one.
All prices are stated in Canadian dollars and my checkout completes all transactions in Canadian dollars. There is a currency converter button on the top of the page that will allow you to see the prices in your home currency if needed.
